Kepler is a leading independent adviser on executive remuneration. We advise Remuneration Committees or management teams on all aspects of remuneration design and implementation, including:

Our aim is to help companies become more successful by helping attract, motivate and retain talent and developing performance measurement and reward programmes to reinforce success. Kepler has a reputation for providing high quality, tailored recommendations. To do this we develop a good understanding of the client’s business strategy and the issues it faces, and help align the reward strategy with the business strategy. Our goal is to make the reward strategy a source of competitive advantage.

Kepler provides a complete service to Remuneration Committees. We help benchmark pay and performance, agree an appropriate pay strategy and develop powerful short- and long-term incentives that align with investor expectations and the company's strategy and culture. We have a strong capability in selecting/customising performance metrics to align with a business’s goals, and have developed a range of proprietary approaches to calibrating stretching but achievable targets. Our consultants also advise on tax, accounting, legal and governance aspects of remuneration. The majority of Kepler’s work involves advising on UK, European, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and US remuneration. As a result of this, we have gained significant experience of global compensation practices.

Kepler is a founder member of the Remuneration Consultants Group (RCG) which developed the Code of Conduct for consultants to Remuneration Committees of UK-listed companies.
